What Is Consumer Choice Award?

Consumer Choice Award (CCA) is Canada’s only national award organization to recognize business excellence based on statistically validated surveys of customer satisfaction. Each year, the CCA partners with a third-party research firm to assess thousands of companies. Only a select few are named winners in each category—and we’re proud to be among them again this year.
