As you may recall, Panasonic announced their exit from the office phone system business over four years ago. As your Panasonic dealer, we’re reaching out to you to inform you of an important upcoming milestone in this transition. Effective March 31, 2025, Panasonic will cease all service support to their dealer network, which means that as of April 1, 2025, Office Interiors will no longer be able to service Panasonic phone equipment.
We recognize that the end of support for Panasonic phone systems may affect your current setup. Over the past few years, we have been preparing for this change by expanding our range of telephony solutions to ensure a smooth path forward. Through our partnerships with Cloudli, Allworx, and Avaya, we offer a range of reliable, modern phone systems. Many of our clients have transitioned successfully, and we’re ready to assist you in finding the solution that best fits your business needs.
